Shipping Policy
Processing & Handling Time
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 working days.
- Because we carefully pack each order by hand, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume launches or holidays.
Working Days Note
- Our shipping and fulfillment days run Sunday through Tuesday. Orders placed between Wednesday and Saturday will be processed starting the following Sunday.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We offer standard tracked shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once handed over to the carrier.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally! Delivery times generally range from 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance.
- Please note: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delays & Lost Packages
- Once an item has been dispatched and handed over to the postal carrier, K. Avenaire is not responsible for transit delays, lost packages, or customs holds.
- Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
